If found guilty, then yes more than likely.
In the meantime I wonder if the club will continue play him, as his mind will surely not be focused on the games prior to the court case.

I would be most surprised if Walker played before his court appearance.Whether guilty or not the pressure on him will be immense and will have a huge say on his performance. Yes innocent till proven guilty but he is not being acccused of stealing a bunch of bananas here, the offence he is accused of whatever the outcome will have a huge impact on his life .
