I don't get on here that often, so not sure if it's been mentioned before, but would I be right in thinking we're the only SL side with an all British back division ?

If so, does this bode well for us ? with most of the craft and guile coming from said positions.

Or does it say we are over reliant on overseas forwards, having only Radford, Tickle and Dowes as possible first 13 players. We have some great young backs coming through, but we seem a touch light on forwards.

Lets hope the likes of Burnett learn alot from the class we have in the forwards.

ha ha he does have a valid point! really like the look of the team this year cant wait for the season to start. i maybe looking from a biased point of view but i dont think Hull get enough credit for the academy especially when you think of the team that won two out of three finals. where now seeing lots of that side in super league but all they go on about is leeds and saints youngsters.

Is finishing 12 out of 14th competing ?
