Have I missed something? No comparison between the two. Why has Annakin not been featured recently?

Has Annakin played a first team game for us since his new deal was announced?

Think he played on the wigan game a couple of games after but hasn't been sern since. Baffling.

As for Trout i feel his lack of size for a forward will cost him a superleague career.

Trout as pace, try him on the wing,good defence and strong running.A bit like Charnley.

Pace? I've never thought he appeared fast. Seems to dawdle upto the opposition line when he takes the ball in.

Feel for Trout - he looks like he's one of those kids who was big as a jr player but stopped growing; he certainly doesn't seem to make much impact when he hits the opposition front rowers and I don't know if he has any football in him to facilitate a switch to a different position.

Certainly has plenty of ticker, and that's half the battle.

I know size of props has been done to death on here but I have to say it firmly applies to Trout - he is not big enough to be a prop. That said I'm not sure he's ever been called a 'prop' by RA. He is a back row forward but will never be anything other than a back up in my opinion.
As for Annakin I've not seen him used as anything other than a battering ram and again he's not prop size - does he have more to his game - I didn't see him as a under 19's player so I don't know if there's more to come?

I probably gunna need me tin hat here but I just don't see what trout gives to us tbh, think he a championship player and that it, not that there owt wrong with that just not what wakey need I afraid

Fetch me a tin hat n'all then because I agree with you. He's too light and doesnt present that energy sapping presence for opposition defenders to reckon with.

Trout has the strong work ethic, runs hard and doesn't stop trying. I agree though for him to be more effective he needs to bulk up by at least a stone in muscle in close season he could be more effective cover at second row.
