Deacon is the most underrated player on our team, we play 100 times better when he's there to organise, plus his kicking game is the best we have.
Time to spell Tommy and McM, we need a fresh 9 for the full 80mins to keep are attack on the front front, spelling 2 9's is the only way. Plus Tommy needs time as a 9 to develop.
Finch needs as much time at 7 as we can give him, needs to learn the players and fit in.
Farrell is outplaying the most of our pack, needs to be rewarded.
Roberts needs to work on his fb skills in the reserves as for me Charnley offers more as a winger.

If Richards is fit, he should play for Roberts. If not then Charnley should take Roberts' place.

I fail to see Goulding as an attacking threat. Scored a lot last season from having a good centre and being on the wing for a great attacking team. I feel lots of average to good SL players would have bagged a fair few on that wing last season.

It's not all about attack. Taking Goulding out the side would be absolutely mental! He was one of our best players tonight and the only consistent winger we have.

That doesn't really say much. Pat is injured, Roberts is poor and Charnley only has had 1 bad game all season and looks a far more attacking threat that Goulding ever does.

It's not all about attack, but a lot of it is as a winger.

Roberts look uninterested tonight and thats really dissapointing. He left Sam isolated in that second half a couple of times with high kicks meaning he had to run 30m or so to take the high bomb when Roberts was within jogging distance if he could have been ar*ed bothering.

In saying all that I wouldn't leave him out. I'd actually put him in at fullback and tell him he's got a run of 5 games to prove he can hack it. If things carry on as they are then his career at the club must be in danger because we can't settle for performences like that.

I agree, i dont think he will be though from watching Madges pre match interview he doesnt seem to mention him in the 'players back soon' bracket (i.e. richards)

Which is an issue, sadly without him we don't look organised in attack. He also brings so much via his kicking game.

Sam also looks far more effective linking up in the line when Deacons in the team.

Drop Amos, he's the undeserved.
