40-20 mag suggests our grand announcement is now booked for 21 May at the Australian consulate! 

I'm trying very hard to be optimistic about this, but nearly 45 years of Fulham, Crusaders, Broncos, Quins & Broncos again, there have been so many false dawns, I half expect to be underwhelmed. But we live in hope as they say. I don't however, want a rebrand. It's London Broncos or I shall call time on my support.

I don't really care if there is to be a rebrand. I just hope the investment is of good quality. Hughes held the club back for so long so this could be the start of the good times .

Maybe we just get a rebrand after each Queensland team.   2055 Cowboys? 2085 Titans?

Got to admit I don’t want a rebrand, certainly not one that removes London from the name.

I’d have thought at the moment the word London in our name is about the only asset we have! 

I hope the people taking over agree!

So tomorrow is the day, bar further hiccups!


Sky supposingly covering it & if the weather forecasters are to be believed, just in time for the rain to arrive. Fingers crossed, whatever is announced & I am a tad apprehensive, it doesn't turn into a damp squib.

The previous announcement was cancelled due to the Australian General Election and the following of election protocols at the High Commission.

That was fair enough.

Must admit I’m somewhat apprehensive too - but  as they say a pessimist is never disappointed!
