I booked for a party of 8. It is difficult to get 8 together in a row. I booked with the RFL and we are in block540. A couple of the group are questioning if it is too far up. Could anyone put my mind at rest and let me know if they have had good experiences of the upper tier. I've seen it on the web and it looks OK to me. I think this might be the last time I lay out all the money, because you can't please all the people all the time!

The pictures on the web are deceiving. Depends where you are. If you're near the front of the upper tier it's a good view but if you're midway or higher it's like watching subbuteo

Our group has the same thing . We need 10+ tickets together so have had to go in the upper tier. We had the same issue in 2013, and to be honest we found the upper tier fine.

Personally hated the upper tier last time, there weren't even cheap tickets, you were too far away from the game and the block was only half full which didn't help.

I've paid more to be in the lower tier and want maximise the enjoyment. We got 10 tickets off the RFL website but we are spilt by a couple of rows.

ive been high in the upper tier in 2008 and front of the upper tier in 2013 - didnt mind either really, but ensured we are in the lower tier this time

Watched the 2008 from 2 thirds back in the upper tier. Have to say it was too far away for me. It's not like Wembley has steep sided seating - it sweeps back over quite a long way. Personally I wouldn't sit there again unless there was nothing else.

Just got a similar block. Would have loved lower tier. Didn't have enough time to organise our entire party until Sunday night so had to get tickets today and there were barely any left in decent seats.

Really unhappy that I had to order over the phone or online as well. Very frustrating to deal with when you keep getting disconnected because it's too busy.

Wembley is deceiving with views. I have sat down the sides, both low down (Row 12)and further back (row23). If you are on the tunnel side, take a sun hat or you will feel it as you are in full sun (or get wet through in the rain). From aorund row 25 you are under the overlap of club Wembley and stay dry and in the shade.

Atthe top, behind the sitcks isn't too bad, providing you are in the lower part. The top section can appear a long way away and a bit disconnected if you are high up - and around the sides, it gets stepper towards the top. The lower 10 rows of upper are generally really good seats.

I'm block 541 row 20 so I'm guessing that I'm towards the top of the tier?

2008 I was right on the back row at one end; yes, it was a long way from the pitch, and everything was small, but we could still see everything. The stadium has been designed well.

I've also sat on the back row of one end of Old Trafford, and couldn't see sod all. Wembley was fine.

In 2008 & 2013 we were along the side right, and I mean right at the back. Terrible view, happier with block 541 behind the sticks, but deffo need to remember my distance glasses for the game. Nothing was left in the bottom tier when I checked on Sunday.
