On the 1st one we had 3 blokes controlling that side of defence so there was no need to come inside but to do it again a second time was the cardinal sin. It ultimately cost us the game.

Not only that it was when Wigan was down to 12 men so we should never have allowed them to create an overlap. It's something he needs to work on, on a positive I thought he carried the ball well.

As this is a problem we've been having for 3 seasons now, regardless of who happens to be on that wing, I find it hard to criticise Sharp.

CLUELESS! If Sharp had stayed on his wing, they would of been huge gap between him and another Hull player, would still have scored, the full team was stretched, can't blame him for the other 12 players not getting across quick enough!

Don't be daft, we brought Sharp in to enforce the right side defence. It doesn't matter how big the gap between him and his centre & 2nd row, he's supposed to be quick, he should've had it all covered

Rubbish, normally I defend wingers by saying pretty much what you have just done but today he had no reason to come inside, he wasn't marking anyone stood where he was.

easy to attack mistakes however he worked his bag off today and never went missing ever, a good lad who will learn from his mistakes, cant fault him today apart from being caught ball watching twice...
also if he had marked his wing he would have left a gap of 10 mtrs between him and the centre, same result a try... the whole team got sucked in a couple of times
but all good , loads to be proud of

Not true unfortunately, just seen on Sky, pause/slow mo whatever, you can see certainly on their final try we had the numbers right; he absolutely had no business giving his winger a clear run on the outside.

Seeing as everyone blames our coach when we lose, it is worth pointing out that Sharp has had a few years under the current Leeds coach. It will be an interesting barometer of Agar to see if Sharp improves this part of his game in the coming months.
