| Don't know specifically around London but I suppose that you will have the same problem as myself living in Portsmouth. Your best bet like myself is just to go to a 'Walkabout Bar' mate, as they usually have multi-screens and therefore the 'Southerners' can still watch their footie, cricket etc whilst still showing RL! Other than that, just purchase a Sky Box mate as it does end up being cheaper than trudging around the city looking for somewhere to watch the matches and paying over the odds prices for beer!!!
Good Luck, and will see you at The Stoop for the Hull match!!!!

| Use to live in London, always use to go for "a" drink after work on a Friday night, always amazed me how many places you walked in and the SL was not only on but had plenty of people watching and that was in the Farringdon / City area of London.

| How about going to the social clubs of the local RL amateur teams, mine(in St.Albans) always has sky on a Friday/Saturday evening. There are plenty of teams all over London; West London Sharks & Soth London storm been two of the best/biggest. A lot depends on where you are I guess.

Welcome to London. I have been down here for 19 years now. Still find the best value is to go back to Hull and watch FC when ever I can. Failing that as has been mentioned a SKY box is the best bet. Some places promise to show games, but then the majority in the places rule and it is often turned over.
The Sports Cafe on Haymarket used to be a good bet, Walkabout pubs as has been mentioned. But once you have been stung by £3.50+ for a pint time and time again, you will be investing in Sky before you know it.

| Three Tuns off Oxford Street (behind Next) used to always put it on for me but I stopped going in because the place gets too full friday nights. Couple of pubs in Camden have it on too if you ask. The Globe have the facility to have football and Rugby on too so it is worth trying them but obviously that is a very busy pub too.

Correct. I was in Pontefract Castle last Friday, had a good couple of hours, even with the missus with me!!
Three Tuns has some of the finest Office/Secretary looking Milfs drinking in there than anywhere else I know at around 6pm Friday nights
