Why is it that every big game, there's never any atmosphere to help the game. We always get called the Birmingham City of Super League, why don't we do something about it to make coming to the Galpharm more interesting? Why don't we make a big sign? It's just a suggestion. We need to do something, the most we have is a fat kid throwing pieces of neatly cut up paper around, and Big G coming into the stand with his drum.

This is the post of the year, i could not agree more. Our lads at the back claim they sing and say we dont need a drum but when do they sing when Big G is not banging the drum never. Its about time they realise that they are not singing. I went to the back when we played hull kr and me and my mates sang as we are used to it at town games and all we got was funny looks rather than people joining in. Its about time mainly next season that we step it up, come up with new songs and create a atmosphere.

Ps im sat in Manchester airport and i have seen a few giants fans. Lets claim 5th.

It might help if the attempts at "We all hate Lids" crap chants were cut out, it really p*sses people off. We're there to watch Fartown not sing about a shower of sh*t just up the road from here. Town fans especially seem to be infatuated with singing about Lids for some reason

As I have previously explained in great detail.

The problem has come about due to filtering of the core group of fans over a wide area, this was the fall out from the cheap season ticket deal as previously people had Season Tickets but were not forced to sit in them, therefore congregated together.

Those at the back used to sit the row in front of several of the older fans who were then able to start the chants off for them to add voice to. Nowadays it's the other way round and just doesn't work.

It also doesn't help that nobody other than the back 10 rows joins in with any of the chants. There doesn't seem to be an interest in joining in with anything, therefore after a few weeks of trying without any response people just give up.

I think we should just make an effort on the First play-off game to make the atmosphere when the teams come out the best, doubly so if we play crusaders, as the games against teams with little support are p*ss poor in terms of atmosphere, a small tifo, big giants shirt or a large sing-song of can't help falling in love would make the game that much better, and would spur on the team as well!

I'm relatively new to thus chat game, but ,y family and I have the reason theres no support, we havent got any songs to sing. Lets have a competition to make up songs, print them in the programme on matchday, put them on the screen, lets learn some new songs. Drum banging and 'GIANTS' doesnt cut it, nor does 'FARTOWN'. Still use these, but lets please add to the repertoire of the fans, I'd like something to sing, the poor lads barely get any support in the way of noise, unless they're about to score. Come on fans, lets get composing!!!!!!

We had (and still have) Can't Help Falling in Love, but I think there's only one line we sing.
