The only thing missing is the belief that they can win. Too often heads went down this year when matches could have been turned around.

We need to see more flair being allowed rather than Nathan Brown's plan A,B and C which are all grind down the opposition, take no risks and aim for a kick with a repeat set on the sixth tackle.
