No complaints about Hastings. Top player and comes across really well. I thought Holbrook was a lazy choice although I don't know how and when this was voted for. For me Watson deserved it for the remarkable job he has done at Salfrod

Votes cast end of August so just be pleased Price didn't ludicrously win it. Why they don't wait until the end of season to hand out/vote for all awards is beyond me.

I think the weekly voting for MOS is good as it is more likely to reflect a players performances across the whole season and not just the 2-3 weeks prior to the votes being cast. The coaching award is a bit more difficult. Agree it should be as late as possible and with modern methods of communication there is no excuse.
