Few similar soundbites to what was said in the Guardian interview. It was pretty short, I guess there's not much he can really say having only been appointed 5 minutes ago.
He came across really well though. Sounds like he genuinely wanted the job.
Top line - a fair few things he needs to change - some more things behind the scenes like some new "high performance staff" coming on board.
The number one thing he will bring is a "hard edge and resilience"
