| Sat on halfway with some family from huddersfield and was so proud to be a
wire with our atmosphere. You could see the wire players' faces as they were
greeted with some amazing singing - from the halfway line it was incredible.
I think our support gave the platform and passion for our side to 'give it some'
compared to Hudds fans who were poor vocally- their players were looking for
some inspiration but were overwhelmed by our singing.
Probably the most comprehensive wire victory i've ever seen considering that Hudds were:- at home, virtually full strength, up for revenge (Brown rested some forwards agains't Wigan last week), Hudds 2nd best defence and a host of quality players backing up their 4th position in a close super league top 4.
AMAZING. COME ON WIRE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

| Dont know what it looked like because the cameras never swayed to the huddersfield fans untill they were all walking out with 20 mins to go, but it sounded to me like there were more Wire fans there than Hudds.

| Now I know not to take anything the BBC says as being close to the truth when it comes to rugby league, but they are saying the attendance was 6641. If that's true it's pretty poor, although obviously it was on TV. I bet there weren't many more Hudds fans than Wire fans if the BBC is right.

3500 in the away stand or very close to that, fantastic support just like last weeks turnout in Scotland

| A Hudds fan said on another post that the away end held c.5000 fans -
virtually full of wire fans. I was sat in the adjacent stand and reckon that the combined number of Hudds fans in my stand and in the one opposite were equal to our fans in the away bit, at least 8k. Really can't understand how the attendance was offically that low.

| To be fair it was live on TV and compared to Leeds 5300 and Bradford 4200 on Friday night and no other matches on TV. It stands up quite well.

| Great atmosthere in one quarter of the ground. I arrived about 1.10pm and the only people around were Wire fans. The Huddersfield turnout was a disgrace, even allowing for the leeds United match.

You can't compare it. It was fourth v second in SL, it was your chance to get revenge for the Cup Final, the tickets were only £12.00, Leeds played Blackpool and Bradford played Leigh, where were your fans? We brought arond 3000, surely Hudds could have managed a few more than 3,600?
