We have found that 99% of people's problems with 'white screen' are caused by legacy cookies from the old system. We put a FAQ together a couple of weeks ago which is under the menu option (three horizontal white lines) in the top left. The workflow to fix the 'white screen' is as follows;


• Log out of rlfans.com 
• Clear your temporary internet files (cache) on any devices where you are experiencing problems 
• Delete any old bookmarks or links to rlfans.com 
• Go to rlfans through www.rlfans.com 
• Log in again and set up your links and bookmarks. 


If this doesn't work then please email us at support@rlfans.com with details on browser, device and operating system with as much detail about the problem as possible and we will investigate.

Not experiencing many problems these days tbh

I still can't navigate pages on threads... its impossible to navigate page by page.. needs a fix as its becoming hard to engage

As well as getting that flipping privacy page popping up all the time I too am finding it difficult to follow a thread.
If you click on the name of the last person`s comments and then click on the previous option it takes you back several pages so you miss some of the comments.

Yep, navigation of threads is nigh on impossible.

As an aside,  many of the regular participants on the Hull FC board are moving to a different platform, citing functionality on this one. 


It really does need fixing asap before it goes the way of the Dodo.
